About Us
Amandine Englebert
Pragmatic Idealist and founder of Filantropy Innovative SharingPassionately convinced by the need to build bridges between different ecosystems, she strives to spark societal engagement through the building of a community of thoughtful committed entrepreneurs working together to create a more caring society.
Amandine’s professional career has always been driven by a strong desire to act for social justice. First she acted as a lawyer for 6 years, then held various positions in the non-profit sector. She is currently CEO of the 4WINGS foundation and founded Filantropy Innovative Sharing to support entrepreneurs in their societal commitment. She is also the host of Magic Makers, a podcast that spread the messages of those who are building a more harmonious, resilient and inclusive society.
Her personal commitment to make the world a better place is also reflected in the provision of her skills on the board of several non-profits as she believes that the structural strengthening of organizations is a major challenge for the development of the sector in Belgium.

Author, speaker and co-founder of the Lunt Foundation
Guibert del Marmol is a former business leader who now works as a mentor, author and speaker specializing in the field of “regenerating” economy.
Since 2006, he helps managerial bodies, executive boards and shareholders to develop sustainable development based on the principle of shared values.
He is active in the areas of innovation, sustainability, social entrepreneurship and responsible investment.
Guibert is also co-director of the Lunt Foundation whose mission is to identify, engage and support creative pioneers to grow their contribution to society through paradigm-shifting approaches.
The goal of the Foundation is to contribute to the elevation of the collective consciousness for a more harmonious, responsible and joyful world.
Fabrice d'Erm
Senior Partner in a Multi Family Office based in Switzerland and co-founder of the Rocket Foundation
Fabrice d’Erm is co-founder of The Rocket Foundation whose mission is to identify, engage, and support change makers who are creating and promoting a better world.
The Foundation provides a launch base for visionaries who want to have a positive impact on our planet and society.
Having spent more than 20 years in the finance industry, Fabrice currently dedicates his time and energy to projects which have a positive social and environmental impact.
He has been working with start-ups as an investor, coach and board director for more than 10 years and has supported many philanthropic projects across multiple themes.
Jennifer Troisfontaine
Founder of the real estate agency Ze Agency and APM facilitator.
Jennifer Troisfontaine founded her real estate agency Ze Agency in 2009. This adventure, above all human, allowed her to take off and realize how much we are all responsible for our lives and for everything that happens to us.
She has also been an APM facilitator since 2017.
Convinced that the world is changing and that we must learn new codes and new ways of doing, she is passionate about people in the broad sense, their drivers and brakes, group dynamics and collective intelligence.
